Jeff Hardy Contract Trouble

There's been buzz that Jeff Hardy's contract will expire very soon. It seems that he's been telling friends that he will almost definetley stay. But that statement may not be true. Some friends of Jeff say that he will take time off and then try to negotiate with the company. Will this work out for the youngest Hardy? PLEASE comment your thoughts.
